Why two prices for the same features?

Early Design Partner pricing is locked in for our first cohort of independent crematories — feedback partners who help shape the product. Pro is what we'll charge new customers once that cohort fills. Founding customers keep $99/month for life, even when standard pricing rises.

What happens after the 30-day trial?

You add a card and continue, or you don't and your account pauses. We won't charge you without you choosing to. No tricks, no auto-conversion.

Can I switch between tiers?

Early Design Partners stay locked at $99/month for life. New customers sign up at Pro. There's no "downgrade from Pro to EDP" — that's the founding-customer reward.

What if I work with more than 3 vet practices?

Add them. $10/month each beyond the included 3. You'll see the running total in your dashboard before you confirm any change.

Do you sell my data, or my customers' data?

No. Owner data is never shared. We don't run ads or sell lists. Your audit log is yours.

What if I need help?

Email us. We're a small team — Early Design Partners get a direct line to the founder; everyone else gets a response within one business day.
